Flying insects can be hazardous to health there is no doubt about it. Crawling insects cab be equally as bad depending on the infestation. Ants, for example, can multiply quickly and be a source of infection if crawling over food and kitchen surfaces. EPC can offer Pest Control Solutions in the form of one off jobs or monthly contracts for businesses such as food outlets in order to maintain a pest free environment. All our work is gauranteed. Our professional, qualified Pest Control tecnician will call and provide you with advice and a no obligation quote for the work.
All our business contracts meet required hygiene and certification standards with full COSHH and Risk Assesment provided as part of your contract. Fly electrocutors can be supplied and installed, alongside other preventative measures. We offer preventative contracts to businesses for that pleasurable peace of mind that we are working to prevent any problems arising rather than awaiting a more costly solution to an infestation.

Lifecycle of the Fly
Ants hard at work.
Every year we get a large number of calls about wasps. Not surprisingly this is a flying insect which causes concern particularly in the latter stages of July and early August. The wasps sting is painful however for some it can lead to anaphylatic shock which can be fatal. Wasps are also good at burrowing in food particularly soft fruits or sweet items. Specialist treatment is essential if you want to safely eradicate a wasps nest. Nests can also be removed once treated however complete removal may depend on ease of access. Wasps delight in forming their nests in hard to get to places.
WASPS
So far this year we have treated nests between walls, inside chimneys (fortunately the roof was being reslated and we had access from the scaffolding), in the attic under the eaves, in hedges, sand banks and many more places! Contact us if you have concerns regarding a wasp nest or have seen multiple wasps gathering within your property.
